1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the pk99 platform available at pk99.bio ("the Platform"), you ("the User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the pk99 Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk99 ("we", "us", "our"). Access to or use of any part of the Platform — including live casino games, cricket betting, slots, promotions, and account services — confirms your unconditional acceptance of these Terms as they apply at the time of each visit or session.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on pk99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk99 is strictly an 18+ platform. Any attempt by an underage individual to register or use the Platform is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction before registering with pk99.
• You must not have previously been excluded from pk99 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details may result in immediate account suspension.
• You must be the lawful holder of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your pk99 account.

pk99 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (such as a CNIC, passport, or proof of address) at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and may delay or prevent withdrawals.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each individual may hold only one active account on the pk99 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any other variation — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances therein being forfeited.

You are solely and fully responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your pk99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• All activity that occurs under your account, including bets placed, games played, and transactions made, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
• Ensuring that your registered mobile number remains current and accessible for security verification and communication purposes.
• Notifying pk99 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.

pk99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances, bets, and transactions on pk99 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa/Mastercard debit, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may change without advance notice.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within your pk99 account dashboard at the time of each transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits by the same account holder, subject to successful identity verification.
• pk99 reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering checks to any account, and to delay, withhold, or decline withdrawals pending the satisfactory completion of such checks.
• Deposits or withdrawals made in error cannot be guaranteed to be reversed. Players are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only. pk99 does not guarantee withdrawal timelines.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk99 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all pk99 bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements (rollover), time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the pk99 Current Offers page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player per qualifying period, unless the promotion terms state otherwise. One bonus per household address, device, and payment method applies.
• Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• pk99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is found to have been claimed through fraudulent means, all associated winnings and bonuses will be voided.
• In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk99 — including cricket betting (PSL, international T20, ODI, Test matches), live casino games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti), slots, and other gaming products — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. pk99 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed by the system, except where pk99 at its absolute discretion determines that an error has occurred.
• pk99 reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error, including bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds or game settings due to technical malfunction.
• Winnings from casino games and sports bets will be credited to your pk99 PKR account balance after the relevant game round or event settles.
• pk99 reserves the right to apply bet limits at the account level, table level, or market level at any time. Maximum win limits per game round or event may apply.
• All live casino game outcomes are determined by the relevant game provider's certified systems. pk99 does not influence game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk99 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one pk99 account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players in live games or sports betting markets.
• Arbitrage betting strategies intended to circumvent the spirit of pk99's promotions or odds.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any individual during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access, probe, or compromise the security of the pk99 Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of pk99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the pk99 Platform without our express prior written consent.

Your use of the pk99 Platform grants you no licence or right to use any trademark, trade name, or service mark of pk99 without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk99 and its officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the pk99 Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, including during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Technical malfunctions, system failures, internet outages, or connectivity issues beyond pk99's reasonable control.
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform.

The pk99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included thereon.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk99 account holders at no charge:

Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited. Where termination is not caused by breach on your part, pk99 will use reasonable endeavours to return any undisputed PKR balance to your registered payment method.
